This Privacy Policy explains how Y D PLAN ("we", "us", or "our"), operator of YD PLAN LAB and Affiliate Arbitrage Lab, accesses, uses, stores and shares information.
1. Purpose
Affiliate Arbitrage Lab is an internal performance marketing research tool used by authorized Y D PLAN operators to analyze affiliate campaigns, review advertising permissions, estimate campaign economics and obtain Google Ads keyword forecast metrics.
2. Google account and Google Ads data
When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the application may request OAuth authorization for Google Ads API access. Depending on enabled features, it may access Google Ads account identifiers, account currency, campaign-related metadata, keyword planning inputs and forecast metrics.
The application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or unrelated Google products.
3. Use of Google user data
- authenticate the authorized operator;
- connect the selected Google Ads account;
- request keyword planning or forecast information;
- analyze advertising costs and campaign economics;
- support internal reporting and safety controls.
4. Storage
The current application is primarily a local Windows application. OAuth configuration, refresh tokens, API connection settings and cached research data may be stored on the authorized operator's computer in the application's local data directory.
5. Sharing and sale
Y D PLAN does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with advertisers, affiliate networks, data brokers or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Retention and deletion
Locally stored credentials and cached research data are retained only as needed for operation or internal records. Authorized operators can remove local credentials/data or revoke Google account access.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
